Making Music develops your Brain

Home/Music and Sound/Making Music develops your Brain

Hey Friends and Creative People! 😃

I recently read in a science magazine that learning and playing an instrument develops our brain in a way that makes our perception and ability to really focus on sounds better. They did not see the same effect in the control group who merely listened to music. The actual performing part was necessary.
I find this incredibly fascinating, and I have always had a feeling that making music is beneficial to our mind. I’m certain there are many more benefits. Have you ever felt more enlightened and focused after a music making session? I know I have.

I also find that going into the studio and start making music seems to wash away the daily struggles and stress. I love that feeling of getting into my own zone of creativity and inspiration, don’t you? :)

So go and take advantage of this science fact. Go and develop your brain. Go and make music! ;)
